"operator" in section 4 (1) of the Act, a person who is engaged under an
agreement with--
(a) the relevant community association, neighbourhood association or precinct association of a retirement village that is subject to a community land scheme, or
(b) the owners corporation of a retirement village that is subject to a strata scheme, or
(c) the company that is the owner of a retirement village that is subject to a company title scheme,and who enters into individual village contracts with the residents of the village (or arranges for another person to enter into those contracts) is prescribed.
