"appointed day" means 1 October 1999.
"election" means an election under Division 4 to exercise a transfer option
referred to in section 128A of the Act.
"STC employer" means an employer responsible for making contributions under a
superannuation scheme of which STC is trustee.
"transferee scheme" means the superannuation scheme to which a person elects
to transfer in accordance with this Part.
"transferor scheme" means the superannuation scheme from which a person elects
to transfer in accordance with this Part.
