SUPREME COURT RULES 1970 - SECT 78.82

78.82 Vouching

(cf former Part 78, rule 79)
Unless the Court otherwise directs, accounts are to be vouched--

(a) in the absence of the public, and

(b) without the appearance before the Court of any person, and

(c) without an appointment being obtained for the vouching.
