SUPREME COURT RULES 1970 - SECT 79.16
No step without appearance
79.16 No step without appearance
A person, other than a petitioner or the
Electoral Commissioner, shall not, except by leave of the Court, take any step
in any proceedings unless, before taking the step, he has filed a petition
under the subject Act or has entered an appearance in the proceedings.
