SUPREME COURT RULES 1970 - SECT 80.32

80.32 List of contributories (s 378 (1) (a))

Where, in a winding up by the Court, a liquidator has settled a list or supplementary list of contributories, he shall, within 14 days after certifying it, file a copy of it and the certificate.
