UNIFORM CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 2005 - REG 10.17

10.17 Service of injunctions

(cf SCR Part 9, rule 15)
If the court grants an interlocutory injunction, the party may serve notice of the injunction by letter signed by or on behalf of the registrar.
