UNIFORM CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 2005 - REG 31.43

31.43 Cross-examination of parties' single expert

Any party affected may cross-examine a parties' single expert, and the expert must attend court for examination or cross-examination if so requested on reasonable notice by a party affected.
