UNIFORM CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 2005 - REG 39.19

When writ may not be executed

39.19 When writ may not be executed

(cf DCR Part 34, rule 10)

(1) A writ of execution may not be executed on Christmas Day or Good Friday.
(2) The Sheriff is not required to execute a writ of execution on any day on which court registries need not be open.
