If, before or at the time fixed for the sale of land under a writ for the levy
of property, the judgment debtor indicates to the Sheriff, or to the
auctioneer appointed to sell the land, that the judgment debtor intends to
satisfy the writ, the judgment debtor must pay to the Sheriff or auctioneer--
(a) the amount due under the judgment, including interest, and
(b) the costs of the execution then known to the Sheriff or auctioneer, including any fees payable in respect of the execution to an auctioneer, and
(c) an amount determined by the Sheriff as security for the judgment creditor's costs of the execution other than those referred to in paragraph (b),and, on receipt of the money, the Sheriff or auctioneer must cancel the sale.
