UNIFORM CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 2005 - REG 41.3

41.3 Withdrawal of deposited funds

(cf SCR Part 50, rules 2 and 3)

(1) Deposited funds may not be withdrawn or paid except by the authority of these rules or of a judgment or order.
