UNIFORM CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 2005 - REG 42.2

42.2 General rule as to assessment of costs

(cf SCR Part 52A, rule 32; DCR Part 39A, rule 10; LCR Part 31A, rule 6)
Unless the court orders otherwise or these rules otherwise provide, costs payable to a person under an order of the court or these rules are to be assessed on the ordinary basis.
