UNIFORM CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 2005 - REG 42.22

42.22 Money paid into court

(cf SCR Part 52A, rule 18)
If a party has paid money into court, the court may, in exercising its discretion as to costs, take into consideration both the fact and the amount of the payment.
