In this Division--
"appeal" means appeal to the District Court under section 91 of the
Children and Young Persons (Care and Protection) Act 1998 .
"child" ,
"Children's Court" ,
"Department" and
"Director-General" have the same meanings as they have in the
Children and Young Persons (Care and Protection) Act 1998 .
"Children's Registrar" has the same meaning as it has in the
Children's Court Act 1987 .
