Notices of intention to appeal

51.6 Notices of intention to appeal

A
"notice of intention to appeal" is a notice that the applicant intends to file--

(a) a notice of appeal, or
(b) if necessary, a summons seeking leave to appeal,
within 3 months after the material date or such other period as the Court may order.
