UNIFORM CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 2005 - REG 56.11

56.11 Proper officer of the Court

(cf SCR Part 73, rule 16)
For the purposes of section 143(3) of the Adoption Act 2000 , any registrar of the Supreme Court is a proper officer of the Court.
