WORKERS COMPENSATION REGULATION 2016 - REG 118

118 Effect of costs agreements in assessments of party/party costs

(1) The Commission may obtain a copy of, and may have regard to, a costs agreement.

(2) However, the Commission must not apply the terms of a costs agreement for the purposes of determining appropriate fair and reasonable costs when assessing costs payable as a result of an order by a court or the Commission.
