WORKERS COMPENSATION REGULATION 2016 - REG 141

141 Offence by employer

An employer who, without reasonable excuse, refuses or fails to comply with clause 138 or 139 or with a requirement made in accordance with clause 140 is guilty of an offence.

: Maximum penalty--20 penalty units.
