63 Definition of "premium income" for purposes of insurers' contributions

For the purposes of the contribution payable by an insurer under section 39 of the 1998 Act for a financial year,
"premium income" (as defined in section 4(1) of the 1998 Act) does not include any part of such a premium that is attributable to the application of a dust diseases contribution in the calculation of the premium.
