WORKERS COMPENSATION REGULATION 2016 - REG 85

85 Definition of "costs"

For the purposes of paragraph (f) of the definition of
"costs" in section 332(1) of the 1998 Act, the costs of providing clinical notes, records and reports by a health service provider are prescribed as costs within that definition.
