WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATION 2017 - REG 143ZD

143ZD Licence holder to return licence document

A licence holder, on receiving a notice under clause 143ZB, must return the licence document to the regulator in accordance with the notice.

: Maximum penalty--

(a) for an individual--15 penalty units, or

(b) for a body corporate--70 penalty units.
