WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATION 2017 - REG 156
De-energised equipment must not be inadvertently re-energised
156 De-energised equipment must not be inadvertently re-energised
A person
conducting a business or undertaking must ensure that electrical equipment
that has been de-energised to allow electrical work to be carried out on it is
not inadvertently re-energised while the work is being carried out.
: Maximum
penalty-- (a) in the case of an individual--70 penalty units, or
(b) in the
case of a body corporate--345 penalty units.
