New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsThe regulator may refuse to issue a traffic control work training card or a replacement traffic control work training card if satisfied that the applicant--
(a) gave information that was false or misleading in a material particular, or
(b) failed to give information that should have been given, or
(c) produced a traffic control work training certification that had been obtained on the basis of the giving of false or misleading information by any person or body.
Note : A decision to refuse to issue or replace a traffic control work training card is a reviewable decision (see clause 676).
