(1) A person who, immediately before the commencement of this Part, held a Photo Card granted by Transport for NSW acknowledging that the person had completed training specified in the table to this clause is taken, on that commencement--(a) to hold a traffic control work training card for the type of traffic control work specified in the table for that training, and(b) to have successfully completed traffic control work training for that type of traffic control work.
Training Traffic control work Traffic controller direct traffic in accordance with a work zone traffic management plan Implement traffic control plans implement a work zone traffic management plan in the immediate vicinity of a workplace Prepare a work zone traffic management plan design (including vary) or inspect a work zone traffic management plan
(2) A Photo Card ceases to be taken to be a traffic control work training card on the date of expiry specified on the Photo Card, but may be replaced under clause 184F(1)(b) at any time even after that date.
(3) This Regulation applies to a Photo Card to which subclause (1) applies in the same way as it applies to a traffic control work training card.
