WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATION 2017 - REG 320

320 Content of card

A general construction induction training card must--

(a) state the following--

(i) that the card holder has completed general construction induction training,

(ii) the name of the card holder,

(iii) the date on which the card was issued,

(iv) a unique identifying number,

(v) the State in which the card was issued, and

(b) contain the card holder's signature.
