New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsA person conducting a business or undertaking at a workplace that uses, handles, generates or stores hazardous chemicals must ensure that equipment is always available at the workplace for use in an emergency.
: Maximum penalty--(a) in the case of an individual--70 penalty units, or(b) in the case of a body corporate--345 penalty units.
Note : A person conducting a business or undertaking must comply with Division 4 of Part 3.2.
