(1) This clause applies if a person conducting a business or undertaking at a workplace is authorised under clause 384 to use, handle or store a prohibited carcinogen or restricted carcinogen at the workplace.
(2) The person must--(a) record the full name, date of birth and address of each worker likely to be exposed to the prohibited carcinogen or restricted carcinogen during the period of authorisation, and(b) keep a copy of each authorisation given to the person including any conditions imposed on the authorisation.: Maximum penalty--(a) in the case of an individual--40 penalty units, or(b) in the case of a body corporate--210 penalty units.
(3) The person must keep the records for 30 years after the authorisation ends.: Maximum penalty--(a) in the case of an individual--40 penalty units, or(b) in the case of a body corporate--210 penalty units.
