WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATION 2017 - REG 686
High risk work licence--exemption
686 High risk work licence--exemption
(1) The regulator may exempt a person
or class of persons from compliance with a provision of this Regulation
requiring the person or class of persons to hold a high risk work licence.
(2) The exemption may be granted on the written application of any person
concerned.
Note : A decision to refuse to grant an exemption is a reviewable
decision (see clause 676).
