WEAPONS PROHIBITION REGULATION 2017 - REG 50

50 Savings

(1) Any act, matter or thing that, immediately before the repeal of the Weapons Prohibition Regulation 2009 , had effect under that Regulation, continues to have effect under this Regulation.

(2) A change (resulting from the making of this Regulation or any subsequent amendment to this Regulation) to the grounds on which the issue of a permit under the Act must be refused does not affect the issue of a permit before the change takes effect.
