This legislation has been repealed.
(1) The criminal procedure rules of the District Court under the District Court Act 1973 may make provision for or with respect to the procedure to be followed as regards appeals or applications for leave to appeal.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the rules may make provision for or with respect to the following:(a) the place at which an appeal or application is to be heard,(b) when an appeal or application must be heard,(c) notice of appeals, applications and hearings,(d) notice of dismissal of appeals or applications,(e) service of process and other documents.
