New South Wales Repealed Acts New South Wales Repealed ActsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) As soon as practicable, but not later than 6 months, after the end of a prescribed period, the Board shall prepare and forward to the Minister a report upon:(a) the operation of this Act and the Gaming Machines Act 2001 , and(b) the exercise by the Board of its functions,during that prescribed period.
(2) The Minister shall lay the report, or cause it to be laid, before both Houses of Parliament as soon as practicable after the receipt by the Minister of the report.
