NOXIOUS WEEDS ACT 1993 - SECT 43

43 Power of entry

(1) For the purposes of this Act, an inspector, authorised officer or other person authorised by a local authority to control noxious weeds on land may enter any premises.

(2) Entry may be made at all reasonable hours.
