STRATA SCHEMES (FREEHOLD DEVELOPMENT) ACT 1973 - SECT 29

29 Application of Division

This Division does not apply to:

(a) an easement, or

(b) land the subject of a strata scheme that is part of a community scheme under the Community Land Development Act 1989 .
