THREATENED SPECIES CONSERVATION ACT 1995 - SECT 100

100 Licence may extend to protected fauna or protected native plants

(1) The Chief Executive may, in a licence granted under this Part, authorise a person to take action that is likely to result in either or both of the following:

(a) harm to protected fauna,

(b) picking of protected native plants.

(2) In this section,
"protected fauna" and
"protected native plant" have the same meanings as in the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974 .
