Confirmation by Tribunal of provisional order for restitution if defendant does not object to order
48 Confirmation by Tribunal of provisional order for restitution if defendant
does not object to order
The Tribunal may confirm a provisional order for restitution without
conducting a hearing if it is satisfied that the defendant has not filed a
notice of objection within 28 days after notice of the provisional order was
duly served on the defendant.
