PUBLIC AUTHORITIES (FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS) REGULATION 2013 - REG 4

4 Authorities included in definition of "authority"

(1) The entities listed in Part 1 of Schedule 1 are prescribed as being within the definition of
"authority" in section 3 (1) of the Act.

(2) The prescribing of any such entity is subject to any limitation specified in Part 1 of Schedule 1 in relation to that authority.
