(1) The mandatory standards can include provision for or with respect to the minimum number of slots to be made available by stevedores for bookings within a specified period.
(2) A stevedore who fails to make the minimum number of slots available for booking as required by the mandatory standards is guilty of an offence on each day that the failure occurs.Maximum penalty: 500 penalty units.
