25B Jurisdiction of Local Courts

In accordance with section 32I (1) (a) of the Act, a Local Court has jurisdiction to determine an action referred to in section 93 of the Civil Procedure Act 2005 that is brought by a claimant in connection with goods that are in the possession of a licensee and to which a restoration notice relates if the licensee does not make an application under section 32G in relation to the goods within 28 days of being served with the notice.
