This legislation has been repealed.
(1) Despite the provisions of clause 9, a person may, with the consent of the Council, carry out development on land within Zone No 5 (c) for a purpose for which development may be carried out on land within an adjoining zone created by this plan.
(3) Land acquired under this Part may be developed, with the consent of the council, for any of the purposes permitted on land within an adjoining zone created by this plan, until such time as it is required for the purpose for which it was acquired.
