11 Adoption of Model Provisions

This plan adopts clauses 5, 9-14, 18, 19, 22, 24, 27, 30, 31 and 35 (clause 35 (c) excepted) of, and Schedule 1 to, the Environmental Planning and Assessment Model Provisions 1980 .
