(1) This clause applies to land within Zone 4, marked with black cross-hatching on the zoning map.
(2) Despite any other provisions of this plan, the consent authority shall not grant consent to development for the purpose of bulky goods retailing unless:(a) the only goods sold are of a kind referred to in Column 1 of the Table to this clause, and(b) the building from which they are sold has a minimum floor space area as referred to in Column 2 of that Table.
