New South Wales Repealed Regulations New South Wales Repealed RegulationsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) In this clause, "public transport corridor" means land shown stippled black on the map marked " Sydney Regional Environmental Plan No 18--Public Transport Corridors " a copy of which is deposited in the office of the Council.
(2) Despite any other provisions of this plan:(a) a person must not carry out development on land within a public transport corridor, and(b) the consent authority must not consent to the carrying out of development on land within, or in the immediate vicinity of, a public transport corridor,otherwise than in accordance with the provisions of Sydney Regional Environmental Plan No 18--Public Transport Corridors .
