(1) The objective of this clause is to retain the existing hierarchy of local centres by imposing size limitations on certain types of premises.
(2) On land within Zone B2 Local Centre on the Land Zoning Map , the gross floor area of all business premises, office premises and retail premises must not exceed 10,000 square metres in total.
