New South Wales Repealed Regulations New South Wales Repealed RegulationsThis legislation has been repealed.
The Council must not consent to the subdivision of land within Zone No 2r1 unless:
(a) each allotment to be created has an area of not less than 4,000 square metres, and
(b) it can be demonstrated to the Council's satisfaction that arrangements have been made with the relevant public authority that are satisfactory to that authority for the provision of reticulated water to, the removal of waste water from and the provision of electricity to each allotment.
