Sounding of sirens from vessels
29 Sounding of sirens from vessels
A person must not cause or permit a
vessel's siren, whistle, hooter, fog horn or bell to be sounded on navigable
waters except for the purposes of navigation.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty
units in the case of a corporation, 10 penalty units in the case of an
individual.
