(1) A licensee must, within 14 days after completing any work involving the permanent alteration of a pipeline, submit a report in writing to the Director-General containing the following:(a) a statement to the effect that the work has been completed,(b) a reference to the relevant standard, or condition of the licence, in accordance with which the work was carried out.Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
(2) A person must not include any statement or information in a report under this clause that the person knows is false or misleading.Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
