This legislation has been repealed.
(1) A person making a complaint to the Board must lodge with the Secretary a concise statement in writing of the complaint.
(2) The Board may require the complainant to provide further particulars of a complaint.
(3) In any proceedings before the Board, the Health Care Complaints Commission constituted under section 75 of the Health Care Complaints Act 1993 :(a) may, with the consent of a complainant, act as the nominal complainant, and(b) when so acting, is to be taken to be, for the purposes of the Act and this Regulation, the person who made the complaint.
