PASSENGER TRANSPORT (PRIVATE HIRE VEHICLE SERVICES) REGULATION 2001 - REG 18

18 Non-compliance notices

A driver must not drive a private hire vehicle if:

(a) the expiry date of a non-compliance notice affixed to the vehicle has passed, or

(b) the driver is aware that a non-compliance notice has been unlawfully removed from the vehicle.

Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
