PASSENGER TRANSPORT (PRIVATE HIRE VEHICLE SERVICES) REGULATION 2001 - REG 36

36 Lost property

A passenger who finds any article in or on a private hire vehicle must:

(a) return it to its owner, or

(b) give it to the driver of the private hire vehicle.

Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
