PASSENGER TRANSPORT (BUS SERVICES) REGULATION 2000 - REG 24

24 Tickets not transferable

(1) A person who is issued with a ticket must not transfer (or offer to transfer) the ticket, or a portion of the ticket, to another person.

Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.

(2) This clause does not apply if:

(a) the ticket was bought on behalf of that other person, or

(b) the transfer is authorised by the bus operator.
