PASSENGER TRANSPORT (BUS SERVICES) REGULATION 2000 - REG 41

41 No littering

A passenger must not in any bus:

(a) deposit any litter otherwise than in a receptacle provided for that purpose, or

(b) deposit any thing that may endanger any person or property.

Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
